Technical Description: The belt carcass is EP canvas which is woven by polyester in warp and nylon in weft. It bears the characters of lightweight, high modulus, shock resistance, low elongation, elasticity, good troughability, good moisture resistance, anti-moth. It is applied to metallurgy, ore, electricity, building materials and short distance transportation of non-corrosive, non-spiky blocks or powdery materials under room temperature. It is widely used in baggage handling, bulk material transfer stations, cement, coal, foundry industry, grain, quarry, parcel delivery, wood, sand, steel mills and other fields

Performance: The carcass is specially designed and dipped with rubber makes the belt has low elasticity and permanent elongation and reduces the tension stroke and splicing. The belt carcass is woven by polyester fiber in the warp and nylon fiber in the weft which provide a high modulus and good troughablity.

Application: coal washery, timber processing, timber transportation, the main transmission lines, tunnels transportation, ship unloader, waste disposal and recycling, pile conveyor
